The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

  • Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics (for example, name and contact details) if you have an event or wedding booked with us or if you have bought a product or service.
  • Cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our site via Google Analytics. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the site. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the site, where visitors have come to the site from and the pages they visited. How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • We may collect information about you from your completion of our online forms or from any email you send to us.
  • We may collect information about you if you contact us offline, for example by telephone, fax, email or post.

We use the information that you have given us in order to liase with you in regards to a product or service you have bought from us or you have signed up to our newsletter for news, events and promotions.

We may share this information with KH Entertainment or Now and Forever Events if your package/product includes their services.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep contact details e.g. name telephone, email for 3 years. We will then dispose your information by automatic system deletion via computer platforms and shredding any paper copies made.

If you are signed up to our online newsletter, you must unsubscribe for details to be automatically deleted from our email system. This can be done via our newsletter emails or contact us via woodlandsvenuebarkitchen@gmail.com
